Rosemary + White Sage

White Sage is used to cleanse a space of negative and intrusive energy. Native Americans used white sage to generate wisdom, clarity, and to promote healing.

Burning Instructions: Light the sage with a candle or match. Let it burn for about 20 seconds and then gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. Move about your workspace, home, car, or anywhere you would like to clear the energy.
