Eucalyptus + White Sage

Smudging with Eucalyptus and white sage will bring a fresh energy to your space. Known to heal regrets and worries, it has also been known to relieve mental exhaustion. Native to Australia, indigenous healers have used eucalyptus to clear residual or stagnant energy from a person or space. 

Burning Instructions: Light the sage with a ethnobotany shop candle or match. Let it burn for about 20 seconds. Gently blow out the flame so that you see orange embers on one end. Move about your workspace, home, car, or anywhere you would like to clear the energy.
